US Vendors

Post by R34 »

Hi Everyone
I'm located in Western Australia and have been chasing parts for my SPL Roadster

One vendor I've emailed several times for a month now with no acknowledgement or reply.
Are they no longer in business, not interested in selling parts overseas or am I using a wrong email?
I have been emailing rallye@datsunroadster.com
Any help or details of alternative contact methods appreciated.
Cheers Chris

Some topics indicate that Rallye isn't being responsive. viewtopic.php?p=333635&hilit=rallye#p333635

Hi Chris,
Lou Mondello in Australia (Melbourne) is another source more "local" for your SP(L)311 needs, he sometimes views here. He maybe able to help you out...

Perth is a nice place, been there a few days before flying into the Kimberley region.

Hey Chris,

I'm pretty sure Rallye Roadster is no longer doing any business currently. Dan started back in 1976, and I was buying 80% of my 69 SRL311 parts from Rallye and stock piling them until I was ready to start my restoration. I still have the original Parts catalog I purchase back in the mid 80"s (picture attached) . Rallye was a "GREAT" source for parts back then, plus you did not have to own a gold mine ($$$) to purchase parts for a restoration.

I sent a picture of my completed Restoration. I still tinker on it when the weather is nice in Colorado Spring.I've own my roadster since 1971 and did a body off restoration starting in 2008 and finished in 2014.

Good luck on your project and finding parts that you need.
Bob
