66 Roadster complete just purchased

I just found a 1966 sp311 1600..cast iron head.
My request is for thoughts on a very complete car but needs a lot of metal work. A -1 owner car with 47000 miles on it.
The floors are gone L&R, and the rear trunk panel between the cockpit and trunk has to be replaced. But the car is all there. All chrome has to be rechromed ,has it all. door ,hood trunk lid, cowl area, rear tub area pretty good. Engine is complete assembly with all bolt ins.
As I bought it for a doner parts car the question is the car value enough there to keep whole and sell? Is it really worth preserving because of one owner low mileage with pretty much the car having everything to revive to original. The car still has all the spare tire hold down, all the original car Jack and handles..even the snap in trunk vinyl under the tire.
Is it worth selling for a collector that restores. Andrew
