Does anyone know if you can replace the nylon for the butterfly on the throttle?

I don't think replacements are available. What I do is:
Turn the throttle shaft down a little to remove wear.
Cut grooves in the narrow area for a couple O-rings.
Remove the old bushings from the carb bodies.
Install new bronze bushings reamed to fit shafts.
Reassemble with o-rings and o-ring grease.

So far no leakers and no complaints. I have done dozens.

In the first picture it looks like you had adventures with the throttle plate screws.

You are right, I ruined the butterfly valve in the process of removing the screw. Ztherapy was nice enough to send me one free of charge. That was very nice of them.
