The Amelia - formerly known as the Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance has just opened ticket sales. In addition, you can register your car for Cars and Community (their version of Cars and Coffee) which happens on the show field the day before the actual event. It's a great time, and it would be awesome to have some Roadsters represent. I'll be working it, so I doubt that I'll be able to enter my car, but who knows. Here is the website:

If you are planning to attend, or put your car into the Cars and Community - or even try to get your car into the show itself, let me know, I'll look for you!

Sid, I've thought of going before but the tickets can be quite $$$$$$$$$. If I do decide to go I'll surely let you know.

I can see about getting you on as a volunteer. Tickets are $150, Hagerty Driver's Club members are $120, and First Responders and active duty military are $85. As a volunteer, I get in free (I'm working though), I get a shirt lunch and since I like the morning shift, I get to see cards come on the field early in the morning.

Also, you could come for the Cars and Community on Saturday - much cheaper at $20, but lots of fun itself.

If you think Amelia is spendy, then stay away from Pebble - $500+

Exactly. If you appreciate all cars, then the Amelia really isn't all that bad - to see the number and caliber of cars that you will see in one afternoon would take you a year of travelling to a bunch of museums. There are frequently cars there that aren't shown anywhere else. It's a fun time.
