Brake component question

I was hoping someone could tell me how to remove the dust shield on the front wheels. There is a tab on two of the bolts and I have reservations about messing this up. Here is a photo

Yes, straighten out the tabs & remove the bolts. Try not to break the tabs so you can reuse them. (Or you can use lock washers & locktite.)
