Anyone know anything about TopsOnline in Panorama City Ca.?

I ordered a boot from Tops Online, got an order confirmation, but that was 3 weeks ago. Their phone goes to voicemail but nobody calls back. I paid with PayPal so I can get my payment back if they are out of business.

They are in the valley. When you Google Tops Online for their address you will find that they have the same address as Vic's Auto upholstery . Try Vic's number listed on line.

I called Vic’s & they picked up right away. Says the boot is on order from supplier which usually takes 6 weeks. I’ll see what happens in 3 more weeks.
