What weatherstipping gets glued on?

I know the trunk lid weatherstrip gets glued on. Are there any others?

Door seals I think is the only other one.
I used polyurethane sealant [NOT an adhesive] in the channel of the windscreen seal and 1/4 window seals.

Soft Top Bow weatherstrip is glued. Windshield post to Door I believe as well. Others use sealant to aid in installation though not originally having coming that way from the factory. Seems I have read that sealant helps with low windshield install.
