Torque spec for 5 speed drive shaft

Does anybody know the torque spec for the 8 drive shaft bolts?

I hand wrote 17-24 ft.lb in one of my books - Not sure where I got that number from originally.
That being said, I don’t think you could get a socket on those 5-spd fwd bolts anyway because of the cross-member getting in the way. A good tug on a wrench ( 1/2†I think ) should get the job done though.

When it has a lock washer it's not likely to loosen the tighter the bolt the weaker it is .in grade 5 & up
Basically arm tight for 5/16
Mitsu made some awesome drive shaft bolts that had a nut that locked its self and splined bolts that were to be torqued
