Searched eBay on "bookmeister2012": zero results.
Searched Facebook on "southwest wallace." Two hits, but neither is pic of a parakeet.
Only this one post. I'm thinking Mark has come 'n' gone.

He is selling 3D printed emblems on Facebook. They are “raw†i.e. not plated. Looks like plastic with a rough finish. Not at all fit for any serious restoration, but certainly better than nothing and the price is very cheap. I think you need to paint them yourself and apply with tape.
