Has anyone got the spacer dimensions that go behind the triangle converting to a right hand alternator mount location? I need in particular the length, and the bore size. Lotus points if you can give me the length and thread of the timing cover bolts

Sid, having recently done it on my 69 2000 I can tell you that the bore size was 5/16. I bought one inch long spacers off Amazon and ended up grinding them down to just a hair under 3/4 “. I used 3 of the one inch spacers (after boring them out to 3/8th’s ID to go between the bottom alternator mount and the smog bracket. I ended up grinding one of them down a little when I decided to use that bolt as a ground. I also had to fabricate a bracket to mount the adjustment arm half way between the top and bottom cam inspection cover bolts. I have a factory sized alternator so a larger diameter alternator will need a slightly different location.
Sorry, I don’t remember the exact length of the bolts, but figure 3/4th’s to 1†longer than stock.
I’ll take my Lotus points in twin cam specs

The GM way is most likely cost effective and in abundance. With all your triangle and parts it may take a trip to your hardware store to grab some washers and mounting bolt. Grade 8 bolt or similar recommended.
