Wiper motor

Post by johnscf »

I’m cleaning up my wiper motor and trying to get it to work again. Both wires going into what I think is the timing mechanism were out so I’ve taken the small cap off to solder them back in place. Does anyone know how to put the cap back on in the correct position so the stop and return point is correct without just trial and error?
