Ignition switch (re)wiring question

My 1970 SPL original dash wiring harness was cut and rewired to a generic aftermarket ignition switch in the 90's. I have an NOS dash harness going in, and a nice used roadster ignition switch. I know they made several configurations of the A/B/S/R/IG terminals on the backs of these switches, and I think my switch and harness don't line up correctly.

My switch is:
--- R A
IG S B

My harness plug is:
------------- Wht/blu Wht/red
Wht/yel Blk/wht Blk/yel

If I am understanding the wiring correctly, to match my switch terminals, I should rewire the pins in my plug to:

------------- Blk/wht Wht/blu
Wht/yel Blk/yel Wht/red

Can the electrical gurus weigh in on this for me so I don't blow anything up? Any advice appreciated!

Here are some photos of what I'm dealing with:

Working on wiring always makes me a little nervous on a 50+ y.o. car. You never REALLY know who has previously spliced what into where or what colour wires they may have used along the rewiring journey. So, I always go back to basics and trace the wires to their source.

Working with the 5-terminal switch you have, the operation of the connections should be as follows:
633D77E9-F2E9-476E-94A5-46F4B223B465.png

B = Battery
S = Starter
A = Accessory
IG = Ignition
R = Relay/Resistor

The only way to know for sure that the harness is correct (or not correct) in its current configuration (pretty sure it isn’t), is to trace each connector wire back to its source. Also, a new OEM harness does not necessarily mean you have stock wiring behind it, so I wouldn’t put too much faith in just the harness wire colour combos - Who knows what may have been ‘customized’ along the way. Once you trace the connector wires, you will know for sure, then you can reconfigure the harness accordingly if needed.

If you zoom down to the switch there's color drawing
