Low Windshield, Wing Window Hardware

I don't know that I will be able to track down my original tension springs for my wing windows. (orig. P/N Nissan 80247-32200) Anyone know what I should be looking at for replacements? I know the nut is 1/4-28. Should it be a double nut so the tension doesn't back off after adjusting? Is that the whole of the hardware required, Spring and Nuts?
Thanks for any advice.
EDIT: OK from looking at the CarPartsManual.com is appears the hardware other than the Spring. is Nut, washer, locking washer. So that answers that part of my question. Just down to a replacement spring.

Two nuts and a spring seems to be all it takes.

OK, Carpartsmanual does say two nuts. It sure looks like at least a flat washer on top of that second nut just under the spring from your photo. Now just to find a substitute spring.
Thanks

I bought the weatherstrip from Dean, it isn't handy at the moment, but I seem to recall that brass sleeve was pressed into it.
EDIT: I recalled wrong Dean's don't have the brass sleeve. I had some OEM, never installed but rotted out that had them. Tossed them out before receiving mine from Dean. Oh well.

I guess that depends on some things. Rubber likes to attach itself to steel. If you use them then you have the steel twisting in the rubber. I guess you could lube it. It should be easy enough to get some brass tube from a hobby shop and make a couple.

The threaded shaft is 1/4". So I would think 9/32 ID tube would be the ticket?

This is the angle cut on the brass bushing. My measurements are 5/16 ID X 3/8 OD X 3/4 long cut on a bias. the angled cut is about 9.5 to 10 degrees as best I can tell.
