Solex part question

Post by CSP311 »

Hello,
Well over the days holiday I have dis-assembled a pair of Solex PHH carbs, parts gone in the ultra sonic bath for part cleaning before plating/vapour blasting.
The part I query/double check, is the pump housing, I presume the pin to remove the lever from the housing is just a push out? Or? The lever could do with plating before re-assembly, together with the new service or missing parts that are on order.

Thanks for help in advance

Thanks Dave.

The other part I am looking for, as one carb has this missing (Mikuni dealer says NLA) is the throttle shaft spring, does anyone have a secondhand one?

(The horizontal one, not the vertical)

Thanks

I have springs and better yet I have the torsional ones that help give a better throttle feel.
