Well, it’s ‘That’ time. With temperatures now dipping to 3 C (37 F) here in the mornings, It’s time to prep the little roadster (and the Harley) for their six month sleep 🙁

What I wouldn’t give to be in the lower 48 … Our driving/riding season ends way too soon up here 🤨

I feel your pain... but a great driving season here this year. Put on about 3000km ( 1800 miles), and all top down. Put top up about 2 weeks ago and drove 500km since. Will winteriz and put to bed in the next week or 2. Then comes the winter projects.... window track driver door, small blemish on dash, detail engine compartment, replace rear springs, clean seats , replace headlights, wire Aux driving Lights . That should do me TIL spring. Yikes 😬

Yup.
Have a feeling within a couple of weeks I’ll revert to an earlier stage of development and start repetitively asking: ‘Are we there yet?’
Well, at least you have some good projects planned 👍

Lol … Hardcore was sooo 20 years ago. More of a fair-weather, short sleeve & ball cap kind of roadster guy these days.
The truck’s heated seats/steering wheel are more inviting this time of year … even if not nearly as much fun.

When you get tired of the cold weather, just come on down to the Baja and we'll go for a ride in my 1600. roadster weather year round. I even took my soft top off and have it in storage in my shop. 84(F) here today.

Now that’s the climate to have for a roadster! Might take you up on it 😉

I read somewhere that we have the most donut shops per capita of anywhere in the world - Most of them being Tim Hortons I’m sure. That being said, I’d take Krispy Kreme over Timmies any day given the option (which we don’t have on the east coast 🙁). However, if you ever make it down the Seattle way, I highly recommend you pop in to a Top Pot Doughnuts - It’s almost a religious experience 😏. After that, Timmies just doesn’t cut it.

But I digress … Time to tune-up the snowblower and find where I last put my gloves.
