clutch pressure plate bolt torque?

Post by TucsonJim »

Can anyone tell me the proper torque specification for the 6 8mm x 1.25 bolts that secure the pressure plate to the flywheel?
As always, thanks for your help.

I believe the range is between 18.1 - 25.3 ft-lbs.

22 ft-lbs sounds like a nice round number

20 ft/lbs for an ASCO flywheel. 25 for a steel stock flywheel. Do not do 35 ft/lbs as it is listed somewhere.
