Will a 2000 speedo work on a 1600? Tach too?

Apart from the scale of the Speedo and Tach, everything else looks the same. I should be able to drop in gauges from a 2000 into my 1600?

Yes, they are calibrated to exactly the same scale.

yup on calibration - but different styles
