Anything I need to know if I decide to use my late Borg Warner 4spd to replace the early "servo" style? Tranny mounts interchangeable? etc. TIA Pat

Should be a straight swap. But if you are going to swap a transmission, why not swap to a five speed? There are a few extra parts that you need to get but you will love having that fifth gear.
My junk pile:
71 Jeep Gladiator. Restored w/#s matching engine. My WeeBeasty
70 1600 legit 2nd owner. Stroked and bored
Several salvaged w access to a barn full of parts, part cars & whole cars
......What's in the barn is for sale. What do you need?

I have a metric 4 speed in my 66. Starter bolts and clutch slave bolts are metric. Also uses the later easily available reverse switch with bullet terminals. Bolted it right up.
66 stroker, almost done.
67 basket case, paint coming soon.
