Tools to refurbish knobs

Sharpened pick to make detail more detailed.

Two different 'fillers' for detail.

Finish off with either gloss or satin (better IMHO) spray paint.

Not concours, but decent driver.

Looks good! I used appliance touch up paint, overfilled, scraped & buffed.

Black on dash switches was a bear! Couldn’t find a paint that didn’t stay gummy. Finally went with fingernail polish.

Maybe I wasn't clear. The black paint is on the chrome plates for the switches & heater controls.
