1600 (R16) torque spec in reassembling cylinder head Rocker Tower needed

Having some difficulty in locating the torque spec for reassembling the Rocker tower to cylinder head - those 4 bolts.

My service manual does not provide, only specs on the Head bolts.

Can anyone provide what that value is for the Tower bolts. Assumption is working from center 2 outward. Is there a multiple pass method required like with the Head bolts?

Maybe over-complicating but securing part into aluminum and poss impact to accurate valve clearance.

Thanks

My SP311 Service Manual is very explicit, it says ".....until they are all tight".

Service manual says 30-35 Ft lbs on page 31 These are the four Nuts, not bolts

In the aluminum heads these seem to be prone to failure. If the threads in the head pull out when torqued install a helicoil and you will be good to go. I have done a number of them and seen more.

Thanks Keith,

Yes, this is the scenario I am rectifying. Threads let go in one section of Tower. Installing a helicoil. Is there a torque spec when reassembling the Tower to Head or just what feels tight?

Wanted to update the thread with a very informative post on this I found from one of our esteemed members - thank you Linda

As usual it appears YMWV but I am going err on the side of conservative spec shy of 30 ft. lbs. and hopefully no additional helicoils will be required in reassembly.

Thanks all for inputs
