Head question

Hello everyone,
I am doing some work on my 68 U20.
One of them is changing the head gasket.
Everything went great so far (I guess).
I am about the reassable everything but I have some issues with the arp studs.
So my questions are :
* What kind of nut do you use to fasten them.
Mine are way to big and if I would use a thinner one (with a small torque wrench) the torque wrench will not be strong enough to reach the torque specs.
* About the the studs on the smaller side.
The 2 studs which are in the little guides, the nut is not going all the way in because of the little guides the studs sit deeper then the others.
I am not sure if I am explaining my self very well but the pictures could help...
I would be grateful for any tips!
Thanks,
Pierre
