I have tried contacting them numerous times over a period of months and get Word Captcha failures every attempt.

I don't have an issue getting to the website. Just that I can't place an order / make an inquiry as the security captcha fails. This is via PC Desktop, fails every time, JUST TRIED via Cellphone for the first time, BINGO worked. Humm?
