1600 Valve adjustment when cold

I heard through the grapevine that somebody posted the valve clearances for a cold 1600 engine. I've searched multiple times, could somebody help me find the link?

Have a look at the last post on this thread. I assume "FSM" means Factory Service Manual.

Thanks! I swear, I searched using '1600 'Valve Adjustment' and 'cold' and it didn't bring up that thread. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

To be honest I often have better luck with Google searches which bring up 311s threads than direct 311s searches.
