I ordered from Dean this month, so I wanted to share my experience. I followed his instructions, but like a bonehead forgot to mention the heat shield bonus. I messaged him, and he took care of me on that.
I got the package a week or so ago (work has been busy), but want to share my impressions. Everything was as expected. The packaging was first rate, and the parts ordered were top quality. The heat shield is fantastic! Zero excuses, excellent product. Thanks!

If the needed item (e.g. the U20 thermo service kit just delivered to me) is listed in the eBay store, the delivery speed will compare favourably to any seller on eBay.
