This may sound elementary but do I need to do anything special when installing my suspension front and rear back onto my powder coated frame? I am worried when I torque down the bolt that its going to damage the powder coat somehow

I try to take my time to minimize abrasions or scratches but I've never had a problem. Powdercoat is very tough.

I have a lot of powder coat around here. I wouldn't worry about it where you will be squeezing it. The problem comes when it gets scratched as from a stone kicked up by a front tire. If the scratch goes through to bare steel the rust will travel quickly under the plastic. I inspect my powder coated things annually and apply rust converter which follows the rust under the powder coat and serves as a primer. I then follow that up with paint.
