Came across a VIN plate in my pile of stuff. Very curious if this is something that would be of use to folks, or not. I was unable to check the registry to see if the car is listed. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

PS I've seen the aftermarket plates. I'm guessing it's easier and better for someone to get one of those but who knows:)

Pretty much worthless unless you have a clean title to go with it. Even then itâ€™s a bit sketchy.
