Wing Nut Removal Tool - Mod!

Trying to unscrew 'frozen' tach wingnuts with fingers just wasn't working - so came up with this!

Drill a 'dimple' in a largish bolt, then cut a slot to hold the wings.

I cut a groove in a one inch long piece of 3/8 copper tubing.
located in Chester NH
1967 1600 in restoration

Same thing can be done with schedule 40 PVC

Nice, the hex head lets you really apply some torque for those really stuck nuts.

I slotted the end of a 1/4 drive socket. Worked well with a flex shaft driver handle.
