Is there a quick and easy way to disassemble the two parts of the seat sliders? I want to de-gunk and relube them. Pat

My experience with these fellas was this:
I placed them vertically in an old bucket and over several days poured kerosene/your favourite de-greaser, through the slider mechanisms.
Work the sliders often to rotate the balls and it will eventually loosen up all the carpet fluff and "gunk" to where a strong jet from your garden hose will flush it out.
If necessary, rinse and repeat.
Don't lose your balls, they sometimes work their way out of the slider channel.
From memory I re-lubed with spray silicon, no grease or oil.

Pat, you don’t want to disassemble these just a good cleaning , 2 options really depending on our patience
Number 1 follow Nissanman’s recommendation and let them soak several days in degreaser working them and washing frequently
Number 2 , do as I did , get them in recirculating parts washer station and clean them thoroughly with the cleaning solution I then blasted them with a hot water pressure washer , It took me about 30minutes to do all 4

and that’s because the were beyond gunked up
For either method get a long hard bristles bottle brush it will save you tons of time
For re lube I haven’t decided yet what I’m going to use
Mine were really bad with It took me about 30minutes to do all 4

and that’s because the were beyond gunked up
