Who's Car? Sad situation.

Last night we happened to be watching the Weather Channel, specifically a show called Storm Stories: The next chapter, Episode 1. It originally aired on 8/18/19. Half of the episode was about the fires in Redding CA that turned into a fire tornado. It was truly frightening and tragic. When they were showing the aftermath, a fire crew driving thru caught this picture of a Roadster owner at what I assume is his/her property, likely surveying the damage (total destruction). I freeze framed it on my TV and took this pic. Anyone know who this Is? I am truly sorry for your loss and hope you have or are recovering.
