US Bank is national , if you and the seller has an account they take $ from the buyer and put into the sellers account, there's no transfer between different banks so no 3 day delay if your together in the same place , like picking up the car

Be very cautious when sending/receiving funds from any unfamiliar website.
if you are cautious, here are the best options.
1. Wire Transfer to your bank - wires transfers are usually confirmed within 24 hours
2. Cash - at the time the car is picked up.
3. Cashiers Check - Buyer can Fed-ex Cashiers Check to you, your bank will put a 5-7 day hold on the check to confirm its validity. Don't release car or title until check is verified.
