I don't think that will work. It doesn't have enough bolt flanges and is shaped all wrong and the flange needs to have about ½" spacers where the bolts go to make it the same thickness as the intake manifold.

That won't clear the starter.
For the R16 the header needs to come straight down at or ahead of cyl's 2 & 3 then 90* to go back and through the frame. There is a small rectangular space that it pretty much has to go through which is bordered by the engine mount and starter (forward and back) and the engine and frame (side to side). With some custom exceptions, but, the one you linked is not one.
