Found these on Ebay, kinda nice, a bit Everwing looking and they cost less than a new set of wheels and tires. Hella 105. They may not be too available When they are on the car I'll put up a pic

Those Hella's are nice, but I believe they are not slim enough. It looks like the grill would get it in the way, and they would have to be pointed down. I kinda like the Lucas reproductions with the chrome nipples.

They are a bit deep, but the mounting stud is pretty far back. If they don't fit in the factory holes, I'll just make a small badge bar light bar. Hopefully will get up into the tropical 30's this weekend.

What I really want is to put a little link to the idler arm and have them turn with the wheels.

If you don't want a badge bar, I have a front bumper that has been drilled for fog lamps...

The idler arm is sitting there so close just asking for it. It even moves the right way with the bass akwards steering linkage. I just have to find 2 bearing shells and some 30 weight ball bearings.

Has anyone tried to put the foglight studs through the holes where the screws and bolts hold the front valance to the fenders?

I tried, too deep hit the grille.

OK Sid, what kind of shape is the bumper in and where exactly are the holes in relation to the factory fog lamp holes? Time for me to pony up some trade goods.

The chrome is very nice on the bumper. The overriders while straight, do have a couple of pitts. Some Simonize and they are fine! The holes are on the flat directly in front of the stock fog lamp holes...

I'll drop you an email, let the bargaining begin!

What's the deal with the new "stable" of family vehicles?
