I'm looking to have the speedo on my '66 "survivor" repaired. Do not want total refurbishment, want to maintain original patina. Any suggestions? TIA Pat

For repair only, Tacoma Speedometer did mine years ago.

I can't say enough about Jon Frampton...

He tested (all gauges worked) and restored mine with new silkscreen and a dull silver bezels – which is what the original dash designers actually wanted for the 67.5s

One of my few splurges on my project, and I couldn't be happier.

Very professional, great guy, he's worth calling.

Good luck!
Peter

I do would love to have a set of gauges by Jon. He does beautiful work. I spoke to him and he is very honest about the cost and what needs to be done but you really do get what you pay for.

Maybe in future for me.

So how does one contact Mr. Frampton? Does he have a web presence?

Absolutely, and I don't think the cost is in anyway unreasonable. And apart from the workmanship, your guages are delivered in a purposefully cut out box. The only downside, perhaos, is that now you have a working clock that drains the battery - lol
