LA Cruise

Post by RustBucket »

It's been pretty quiet it seems here in sunny SoCal. No SVG cruises, and the TT was a bit long for me, so....

Anyone interested in a North LA drive?
Starting at: The Ranch Side Cafe off Foothill Blvd and the 210 in Sylmar.
Route: Little Tujunga Cyn, Bouquet Canyon Rd, Spunky Canyon, San Francisquito Cyn, Elizabeth Lake, Lake Hughes
End at the 5 by Castaic Lake

Link to a Google map is HERE
Google estimates around 2 hours to cover the 72 miles.

I was thinking Sunday Dec 6th, but am open to suggestions. Meet at 7a, roll out at 7:30a
I'd be up for breakfast/brunch/bite/coffee after if someone knows a place in Castaic/Santa Clarita area.
What do you think? Anyone in?

I'd say yes, but I think I'm working that day. We have a show loading in on the 5th.

This is usually around the date of the annual Victor Laury "Sun or Snow-We go" run. So Yes. Fitting.

I can do that if it is still on. I can bring the Z. The roadster is not quite drivable yet.

Two pictures from today. We spent more time driving than talking.
Hope to have another one in late January 2021.

Beautiful weather for a drive. How long did it take?
