13” mini lite wheel ID help

I have 3 of these that came with a 64 and can’t find it anywhere?
They are real English minilites 13x5 I’m guessing but have those extra lines in the center. Any thoughts

I found out they are minilites sports wheels . An aluminum version of the magnesium ones
