Watanabe Offset Identification Help

I'm looking at a set of Watanabe, (well technically two RS and two Black Racing), but i'm having trouble identifying the offset on the RS. The owner sent these pics as he is unsure of the offset also. These wheels are 15x7. The only marking I am unsure about is the F8, I thought that might be the offset, but when doing research it seemed like it was a model name? Anybody know how to identify the offset? Thanks!

Just to follow up, I ended up picking up these wheels. From my research, it seemed like these were offered in a +15 or +21. They fit perfectly, so I am guessing the wheels above are +15 offset. So I have Watanabe RS 15x7, +15, on 205/50/15 in the back, and the Black Racing 15x6.5, +17, on 195/50/15 in the front.

I believe F8 is the style reference for the wheels. This style is 8 spoke, but not sure if that corresponds to the style. Glad they fit!

tknishi, how about some pics of how they fit? I have some 205-50-15 BF Goodrich Rivals I would like to stuff under my 70.

When the wheels are cast, the manufacturer does not necessarily know what the final offset will be, since the wheels can later be milled to different offsets. I spoke with the distributer of VTO a while back and he has "blanks" that can be drilled and offset to buyers specifications. I don't know if it was done the same back in the day, but I would imagine so.
