Guessing these are not factory, though they have certainly been in there for awhile... I did a search of the forum for FIAMM and no results.

I put a set of these on my 1500 because people kept trying to move over on me and run me down. Good for scaring the crap out of drivers.

A horn is an important thing to have in a small car. My button disappeared 35 years ago when some parts went flying in the garage, never to be found again. A later steering wheel conversion did not allow for adding one. I solved this by finding a remote wireless switch (Wolo RC-100), mounting it on the flat dash and installing the receiver in the engine bay. The button is within easy reach and attaches with double sided tape. It can be mounted anywhere. Works great. The only downside is that it takes a somewhat unusual half sized battery that will need replacement from time to time. So, if one doesn't have a horn button anymore, this may be a solution.

You have at least one factory horn that I can see, but it may be non functional because of dirt.
Did the PO go off roading with this car..lol Tennessee has some beautiful country roads!
Clean up the mounting points which are the grounds, it might work....

Both factory horns are still in place.
