67.5 brake lines

Post by Habitat.pat »

Just got off the phone with Cliff @ Classic Tubes. I sent them my brake lines & he said that they would use them as samples to digitize so they can be added to their catalog. It will be a couple weeks before i get my new lines so i can check the fit. I’ll post back on how well they fit.

i did the same thing with Cliff a few years ago. and I think someone did it with them before me. I guess they don't update their system.

Sorry for not seeing this.

I got the lines back. Most of them were good to great. They had a bend in I believe the clutch line that was not supposed to be there but was rather from bending it to put it in the box as directed. The lines route back in the recess behind the engine but are not that attractive. Since I didn't send them photos of the lines installed, they bent each one separately. I am in the progress of re-bending the lines to make it more attractive. I am waiting for my master cylinder to be returned by Carp. Once it's back I'll complete the lines & post some photos.

Peace,
Pat
