Welcome back to the addiction. Quite the relapse you have had! As far as the engine, I'd squirt some oil into the cylinders through the spark plug holes, and drizzle some across the valve train, let it sit for a few days, then try manually rotating the engine from the crank pulley bolt. If it is stuck, work it back and forth until you get some movement, or put it in high gear and rock the car to see if you can free it up. If it moves by hand and is not seized up, then you should be golden as 1600's are somewhat bullet proof. Change the oil, and consider pulling motor to refresh the bearings, gaskets and seals and get to work on the rest of the projects.
