Flat Dash Removal

I want to use the better dash from my '66 parts car in my '67.

What's the easiest way to remove the flat dash? Thought this info would be in the FAQ, but, if it is, I'm not seeing it.

It appears the steering wheel and turn signal assembly have to be removed, but what else? Gauges? Windshield? Dash pad? Etc., etc.

There's two bolts on each side by the windshield frame bolts, but what else and where?

Thanks.

Two bolts on each side and screws all along the top and one screw or bolt in the middle. I put mine in with all the gauges and wiring on it. And I think I took it out the same way this time. Had the glove box on it too.
