Rallye? Any info?

Anybody have any interactions with Rallye lately? I sent an email order in 3 days ago and have heard nothing (yes, checked spam folders etc). Emailed again this morning and still nothing. Called this afternoon and just got the machine (that says don't leave a message, just email). I'm not so much worried about my order as much as if something might be wrong up there.

They're slow but responsive. I sent an email about a week ago that was replied to about 5 days later.

Their operating schedule states they’re closed down each month from the 1st through the 5th...
