Firewall Grommet Layout - 67 2000?

Does anyone have a layout diagram of where all the grommets go in the firewall? I want to put them into my 67 2000 before I start engine bay re-assembly.
I remember seeing this at one time but memory fails me.

This is my drawing and if someone gives me the details I can also make one for the later cars.
