Another Software Update for the Forum

There is a new release of the forum software. I plan on doing the upgrade sometime this week. The forum will be down during the update which could last several hours if all goes well. Several days if things go south. Thanks.
Update: I never got this completed due to other obligations so I am going to try to get it done tomorrow. Again the forum will be unavailable during the update.
