FOUR fiddly parts that have to line up
Purchase 2 bolts (2 1/2 in or more) of same thread/pitch - M6-10 - cut down to 2" removing bolt head. Or, if you have metric dies, rod of similar diameter as bolt and thread it,
Screw into pump receptacle on two opposite sides - then slide pulley, spacer and finally fan.
Tie down with two of the bolts, unscrew guides and insert remaining bolts.
Makes alignment a snap.
