Post a picture of your garage!

I thought it'd be neat to start a thread where we post pictures of our garages.

Here's mine:

It's small, but I feel pretty dern lucky just to have a private garage in S.F.

Haha! The 914 list recently did the same thing plus we voted on who's garage we liked best. One submission was a tree w/ a chainfall hanging from it; another was a 3-D CAD drawing of the garage one owner was planning to build.

The winner had a -HUGE- space w/ all the kewl tools plus several 911's and 914's. Everyone was extremely jealous. 8)

Good eye Alvin! My bro has a '73 Alfa GTV - we just replaced the clutch on it last weekend. Thankfully there were no shade-tree mechanics involved on that one.

Interestingly enough, parts for his Alfa cost about half what parts for the Datsun cost, and they're Italian!

Between 2 roadsters, and the pile of roadster parts, I have no room for anything else. What a great problem to have! :D

Okay, I saw the Alfa emblem, the beer bottle, and a multitude of other stuff, but what/where is the Alfa sump guard? :?

The sump guard is directly to the left of my spare trunklid/luggage rack in the first photo. GTV's have an aluminum oil pan that hangs pretty low, so the guard bolts to the frame and protects that fragile pan. Here's a pic of the alfa if anyone is into that kind of thing...

Nice! who's black-plate 67.5?

Not a Ferrari infront of the alfa - it's a Porche 944.

Geez....that "thing" to the left of the spare lid (hmmm, great idea!) looks like a coiled air hose to me, and all I see is a black void in front of the GTV.

How the heck are you seeing that level of detail Alvin? What monitor/video card/resolution you running? :?

I have been parking the running vehicles in the driveway in recent weeks. When the frame is back on wheels I will store it away under the body stand, which is on wheels so I can move it side to side while I roll the frame in and out of the garage. That way I can park a car in the garage along with the roadster.

Alvin,

You gotta be jerking my chain, ain't ya?

I can barely see that there's an object to the left of the trunk lid on the wall much less tell what it.

The only thing I see in front of the Alfa is the garage opening, and it's a black hole.

Two things
1. Andy's garage is bigger than my house.
2. Alfa parts cast half as much, but you need twice as many :D (Kidding, I love Italian cars)

Andy,

The 67.5 is the pile of parts. Havent had much time to work on it, been traveling for work. Body is about ready to come off, just a few more things to do. I like the body support, very nice. Do you have the blueprints? Your project is coming along great! :D I need to see it some day.
