'69 Roadster Gift
Yup, somebody gave me this car, but it didn't have an engine.
Step 1 - put an engine in it.
Step 2 - Drive it to a car show
Step 3 - Win an award (actually it was a special award for helping out the event when it was needed, but still)

I know my fist post was pretty tongue-in-cheek but I plan to add real build info here soon. Until then, here are a few pictures I have from earlier in the build.

Here is a short video of the first time the car moved under its own power since I've owned it.

Racing estimates. My experience is that the car is usually 1s or so slower than the computer.

Re: '69 Roadster Gift
I've been replacing parts on the front suspension these days. Thanks to Datrock for the parts! I need to replace a few bolts so yet another run to the hardware store, but I'm close to getting it back on the road.
