One of these is attached to each parking brake rod that parallel the rear axle housing. These clips hold one end of a spring.

Anyone know of an acceptable replacement?
Thanks.

What's wrong with it? Blasted mine and had them replated.

Not lucky enough to have a blaster. I was hoping for a quick replacement solution.

drop it in vinegar and then heat it up on the stove when the wife isn;t looking. That will accelarate rust removal. Or just use a wire wheel - or compination of both.

EvapoRust is awesome stuff! I have no connection to them, but wish I did. Just soak for 30-60 minutes, rinse and paint. It’ll be better than new.

Excellent suggestions! I'll scrape and wire brush them best I can, then vinegar soak, then add to "goes to plater" box.
If the plater wants them cleaner, I'm coming to your place, Curtis.
