SGV Foothills Datsun meet-up (5/18/19) NEW DATE

Hi Folks,
Just wondering if any of you in So. Cal are interested in joining us for a quick meet-up in the San Gabriel Valley (SGV) Foothills area. I guess I speak for myself but I may be going through withdrawals after the Solvang Datsun Roadster Classic and in need to be surrounded by roadsters
The last meet-up we had David E. (Stock 1970-1600), Nismou20 (recently built stock 1969-2000), Eddy (Restomod 1964-SR20DE),and me (stock 1963-1500). It was on a weekday so there weren't as many that could attend.
What say you about 5/11/19 (Saturday) meet in a central location (East Pasadena) around 8:00 a.m.? Also, for those available how about a quick drive up to HWY 39 afterwards?
Of course it's open to all willing to make the drive to our neck-of-the-woods.
Who's in?
Howard? Tyem? Spags? Har? Allen? mraitch? Holden? roadstermike? Solex68?
Am I missing anyone?

Hope that you get this car back on the road sooner than later. Cruising-with-the-top-down weather is about to start very soon!

I'm up for it, BUT - new car suddenly seems like it is not running on all cylinders - went to watch Mike on Sunday - ran fine there and back - and now misfiring, added to the fact that while I moved/greased hood release, for some reason hood is not coming up - thinking it is jammed against fenders.
So gotta get it up on Jacks and start prodding from below.
NOT A HAPPY CAMPER right now!

Sounds fun. I'm out of town, though, for the next three weekends (UT, CO, Joshua Tree), so I'm out. Post picts.

I have a meet up suggestion. So my brother just rented a shop on Foothill in Azusa (a couple blocks east of Costco). He will be putting a lift and servicing everything from Datsuns to Side by Side UTV's. Anyways it's in a great location with plenty of room at the base of Azusa Canyon for those who want to go for a drive after. I'm happy to bring a few crafts of Coffee and Donuts for anyone interested.

That's a wonderful suggestion. Please let us know the address. Looking forward to seeing the shop.
If its not too much trouble coffee will be great. Otherwise, there's a Starbucks at 1240 W. Foothill Blvd.
