Now that I've identified the part, does anyone know where I can find a Horn Circuit Contact Arm.

They might be the same for many years and models of Datsun cars and trucks.
Check the recycle yards or get some brass sheet from your local metal supplier and make one.

I live on the Big Island...we don't have any recycle yards here!

Look for the part # here:

Then you can order by the part # from Nissan dealer (if still available). Or you can google for the part # and see what is shown.
