Front brake conversion

I have a 311 1600 with Volvo 4 piston disc brakes
I have got all the air bleed out and the brake peddle
Is solid until it sits then it drops to the floor.
Pump it once and right up to top. I am using the stock
Rear brakes and master cylinder the only change is added the front calipers.
Any help is appreciated and welcomed.
